Claruma is a technical intermediary, not a publisher.

• Infrastructure Provider: We provide the digital canvas. We do not create, review, edit, or endorse the presentations made by our Users.
• No Editorial Responsibility: Bani Moshe Barranco Chirinos (Claruma) is responsible solely for the platform's architecture and official corporate communications. We explicitly reject all liability for the accuracy, legality, copyright compliance, or decency of content uploaded or presented by our Users.
• The "Safe Harbor" Principle: Just as an email provider is not liable for the contents of an email, Claruma is not liable for the contents of a presentation. If a User commits defamation, fraud, or copyright infringement, the liability rests exclusively with that User.

2. RIGHT TO REMOVE (DISCRETIONARY POWER)

While we have no obligation to proactively monitor or police user content, we reserve the absolute, discretionary right to suspend accounts or remove content if:

• We receive a valid, binding court order from a competent jurisdiction identifying specific content to be removed.
• We are presented with irrefutable evidence of illegal activity (with specific technical locators, e.g., exact URLs or User IDs).
• We decide, at our sole discretion, that a User is detrimental to the platform's reputation.

Note to Claimants: We do not adjudicate disputes. Do not ask us to remove content simply because you disagree with it. We require legal documentation.

3. "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" DISCLAIMER

The Service is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Claruma expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
